Are there any costs or obligations involved when getting an appraisal?
No there are absolutely no costs involved and giving an appraisal is an obligation free service. The purpose of delivering an appraisal is to ensure that you are kept up to date with the most recent comparable sales & on market evidence to ensure that you are fully informed when making your decision to sell or not.
How long have you been working in real estate for?
I have been working in the industry since 2003, although I have 7 years’ experience prior to this working in the Eastern States. I have raised a family in Halls Head & have had the benefit of living and breathing real estate in the Mandurah area and watching how prices have moved up and down in cycles over time. I have spent my career in real estate as a property manager, Sales Executive and Licensee. I have been a business owner since 2010.
Who else will we deal with if we nominated you as our agent?
If you choose to list with me, you will also directly deal with my two assistants Alyce and Gypsie. Alyce has been working with me since 2009 as my personal assistant handling all of the administration side of the job & Gypsie has been working with me since 2016 who now works as my Buyer's Assistant. Between the three of us, you can be assured that you will always be kept up to date with the progress of your property & enjoy a fun, positive selling experience. We are a great team & work exceptionally well together.
What do you think differentiates you from other agents?
I really pride myself on my communication with my clients. I ensure they are updated immediately after home opens & inspections, with follow up feedback in the week and market conditions. From the first point of contact through to settlement, this is one of the most important aspects to maintain and deliver. I feel my communication skills combined with my upbeat & happy demeanour deliver exceptional service to both Sellers and Buyers.
What values are important to you in your work?
Honesty is the first and foremost most important value to me inside and outside of work. I pride myself on speaking openly & honestly, delivering direct feedback from Buyers to my Sellers. This is paramount to ensure that people are empowered with the right advice to enable them to make the best decisions.
